The hard-type cheese The name of "Parmegiano-Reggiano" is permitted only for the cheese produced in limited area of Emilia-Romagna in Italy, and matured more than 24 monthes.
Tomato sauce

We use only Italian tomatoes bathed in Italian sunlight.We carefully check and select well-ballanced sweetness and acidity every year.
